A Matterport scan is a 3D digital capture of a physical space, created using a special Matterport camera or compatible 360° camera. Instead of just taking flat photos, the camera scans the entire room from multiple angles and stitches the data together to build a highly accurate, interactive 3D model (often called a ‘digital twin’).
In short, think of it as Google Street View but for the inside of a building.
